What happens after I hit submit?
You will be contacted within 24 - 48 hours to either confirm any questions or to send you an estimate. If you agree to place your order you will receive a purchase order and you will be required to pay 50% of your total balance to start the proofing process.
Do I pay tax on custom apparel orders?
Yes. You will pay 6% Pennsylvania sales tax on all custom orders.
How long will it take to get a proof of my custom logo?>
You will receive a proof in 2 - 4 days from your initial 50% payment. You will be contacted if there will be any delay in your proof. After approval of your proof, you will be required to pay the remaining balance of your order to initiate the production process.
How long until I receive my order after proof approval?
You will receive your items 2 -4 weeks after proof approval. Times may vary depending on garment availability and may be delayed past this timeframe. We will always do our best to avoid any delay in your order.
